계란 새우 국수

  • Ingredients: Somen noodles, chicken stock powder, anchovy젓 (fermented anchovies), egg, shrimp, green onion, salt.
  • Instructions:
    1. Boil somen noodles until cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    2. In a pan, add water, chicken stock powder, and anchovy젓.
    3. Add beaten egg and stir.
    4. Add shrimp and green onion. Cook until shrimp is done.
    5. Pour the broth over the cooked somen noodles.
    6. Season with salt.
