Developed as an 'R' alternative to the 'AeroEvap' model developed by
the Desert Research Institute (DRI) in 'python' <https://github.com/WSWUP/AeroEvap/blob/master/README.rst> which estimates open water
evaporation using the aerodynamic mass transfer approach.
