A data frame with six variables:
STATEName of the state of the respective institution
AWARDTotal dollar value of awarded pell grant by the respective institution
RECIPIENTTotal number of pell grant recipients at that institution
NAMEName of the college/university
SESSIONAcademic session when the grant was awarded
YEARFiscal year of when the grant was awarded
