rhub: Connect to 'R-hub'

Run 'R CMD check' on any of the 'R-hub' (<https://builder.r-hub.io/>) architectures, from the command line. The current architectures include 'Windows', 'macOS', 'Solaris' and various 'Linux' distributions.
