epikit: Miscellaneous Helper Tools for Epidemiologists

Contains tools for formatting inline code, renaming redundant columns, aggregating age categories, adding survey weights, finding the earliest date of an event, plotting z-curves, generating population counts and calculating proportions with confidence intervals.
